Shivraj Chouhan Proclaims ‘No Kaante Ki Takkar, We Are Winning’ After Exit Polls

The Assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh have created quite a stir in the political arena. As the results are set to be declared on December 3, both the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the opposition Congress have confidently claimed victory.

The exit polls conducted after voting ended in Telangana have predicted a close fight in Madhya Pradesh, with some giving the BJP an edge.

However, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has defiantly proclaimed that there is no tough fight (‘kaante ki takkar’) and that the BJP is emerging victorious.

Shivraj Chouhan’s Confidence

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has remained steadfast in his belief that the BJP will retain power in Madhya Pradesh.

He attributes this confidence to the remarkable achievements of the “double engine government” of the BJP at the Centre and in Madhya Pradesh.

Chouhan praises the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the strategic acumen of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and the effective leadership of BJP president JP Nadda.

He also acknowledges the hard work put in by party workers and the successful implementation of state government schemes.

Unwavering Support from the People

Shivraj Chouhan expresses his gratitude towards the people of Madhya Pradesh for their unwavering support.

He acknowledges the tremendous love and affection shown by the citizens, especially the women who outnumbered men at BJP rallies.

Chouhan considers this support as a symbol of victory. He confidently states that there was no tough fight (‘kaante ki takkar’) and that the women of Madhya Pradesh have removed all obstacles faced by the party.

Congress’ Response

In response to the exit poll results, Madhya Pradesh Congress chief Kamal Nath emphasizes the importance of remaining focused on the aim.

He urges party workers not to be swayed by the exit polls and instead concentrate on counting each and every vote in favor of the Congress.

Nath believes that a landslide victory can be achieved by ensuring the proper counting of votes. However, veteran Congress leader Digvijaya Singh points out that exit poll predictions are varied and unpredictable.

Digvijaya Singh claims that the people of Madhya Pradesh are fed up with the BJP, its workers, and Chief Minister Shivraj Chouhan’s false promises and poor governance.

He asserts that there was a clear desire for change among the people, which led them to support the Congress in these elections.

Singh confidently predicts that the Congress will secure more than 130 seats in Madhya Pradesh.

BJP’s Strong Stand

State home minister Narottam Mishra, who contested from the Datia seat, expresses confidence in the BJP’s victory.

He predicts that the party will secure more than 165 seats, and believes that the exit polls have paved the way for the Congress’ “exit” from the state.

Mishra’s statement reflects the BJP’s strong stance on their chances of triumphing in the Assembly polls.

As the results of the Assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh draw near, both the BJP and the Congress continue to exude confidence.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan defiantly proclaims that there is no tough fight (‘kaante ki takkar’) and that the BJP is poised for victory.

On the other hand, the Congress leadership emphasizes the need to remain focused on the aim and the importance of counting every vote cast in favor of their party. While the exit poll predictions have been diverse, only time will reveal the actual outcome of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls, which are sure to shape the future of the state.
