Once Upon A Trunk, one of India’s most popular fashion and lifestyle online stores for women, recently announced a partnership with Netcore Cloud, a worldwide recognised martech SaaS firm, to enhance their USP of personalised styling experiences for online consumers.

Using Netcore Cloud’s AI-driven data segmentation, the e-tailer can now cater to its customers’ unique personalities by engaging in more intelligent, relevant, and productive dialogues.

Since its inception in 2015, Once Upon a Trunk has been recognised for its’made to measure’ solutions, which range from in-home decorating experiences to customised design ideas. Recognizing the need for increased data-driven personalization in order to assure consumer happiness, Once Upon a Trunk expressed interest in Netcore Cloud’s AI-powered product recommendation engine for consumer interaction.

Within 90 days of integration, Netcore’s AI-driven product recommendations accounted for 28% of Once Upon A Trunk’s total income. Following this accomplishment, Once Upon a Trunk has now formally expanded their cooperation with Netcore Cloud in order to elevate and personalise their shopper’s journey.
