The Great Place to Work® Model© is the world’s most researched, accepted, and sustainable definition of a great workplace from an employee’s point of view. This year, MGN India has achieved a score of 80 in the Trust Index©, which is up five points from 75 in the 2022 survey. The certification is a testament of the company’s relentless work towards numerous initiatives to build a collaborative, diverse and inclusive work environment for its distributed and hybrid workforce. A record 80% MGN employees participated in the survey. Overall, the company has scored higher than last year across all the five dimensions, including Credibility of Management (81), Respect for people (79), Fairness at Workplace (78), Sense of Pride (83) and Camaraderie between People (78).
