·       Scales up five points higher on the overall Trust Index Score compared to that in 2022

·       This year, a record 80% employees participated in the coveted survey

Bengaluru, India, 15th September 2023: Mashreq Global Network (MGN) India, an innovation-led global excellence arm of UAE based Mashreq, has been awarded the Great Place to Work® certification for a second consecutive year. The Great Place to Work® Model© is the world’s most researched, accepted, and sustainable definition of a great workplace from an employee’s point of view. The globally recognized award is solely representative of how employees view their workplace.

This year, MGN India has achieved a score of 80 in the Trust Index©, which is up five points from 75 in the 2022 survey. The certification is a testament of the company’s relentless work towards numerous initiatives to build a collaborative, diverse and inclusive work environment for its distributed and hybrid workforce. A record 80% MGN employees participated in the survey. Overall, the company has scored higher than last year across all the five dimensions, including Credibility of Management (81), Respect for people (79), Fairness at Workplace (78), Sense of Pride (83) and Camaraderie between People (78).

Sharing her thoughts on achieving this milestone yet again, Mohua Sengupta, Managing Director, Mashreq Global Network said, “The Great Place to Work® certification resonates with Mashreq’s vision and purpose – that of being a people-centric business. Earning the certification for a second consecutive year validates our concerted efforts, targeted initiatives, and commitment to building high performance, and a diverse and inclusive culture. I thank all our employees for taking the time to participate in this survey. At Mashreq, people have been, and will always remain, our priority. After all, it is the employees who are driving the company’s growth with their passion and expertise across departments. Our employees are our most important asset, helping us fulfill our goal of delivering an unmatched customer experience. The fact that we scored higher in all the five key dimensions of the survey, compared to last year, makes it an even more special achievement for us.”
