Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today introduced the Honda SP160, a fresh and powerful addition to the 160cc motorcycle segment in India. Packed with stylish design and sophisticated features, the all-new Honda SP160 is here to provide a thrilling riding experience.

Launched at a starting price of Rs 1,17,500 (ex-showroom, New Delhi), Honda SP160 steals the show with six mesmerizing colour variants – Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Matte Dark Blue Metallic, Pearl Spartan Red, Pearl Igneous Black and Pearl Deep Ground Grey. The sporty livery adds an exhilarating touch to this motorcycle.
Distinguished features like 12-litre capacity tank, a 594mm long single seat, and an LED headlamp enhance its remarkable silhouette. The LED tail lamp elevates its charm, adding to its robust and handsome appearance, while the under cowl hypes the sportiness.
The Honda SP160 houses the powerful 162.71cc Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) engine, also featured in the Honda Unicorn. This efficient engine delivers a top power of 13.28hp and a peak twisting force of 14.58Nm. Paired with a 5-speed gearbox, speed and performance are guaranteed extras with this bike.
The Honda SP160 is designed for comfort, stability and a smoother ride. It features a diamond frame, front telescopic suspension, a rear monoshock and durable 17-inch alloy wheels, ensuring reliable performance on every terrain.
The Honda SP160 is ready to impress with a fully loaded digital instrument cluster that shows details like clock, service due indicator, gear position, side stand and fuel gauge. It even offers data about fuel consumption, mileage and average speed. Other impressive add-ons include an engine stop switch, hazard switch, and chrome muffler.
When it comes to safety, the bike is no slacker. With a 276mm petal disc brake at the front, and either a 220mm petal disc brake or a 130mm drum brake at the rear. It also comes with a standard single-channel ABS.
The Honda SP160 comes in two variants: Single Disc priced at Rs 1,17,500, and Dual Disc priced at Rs 1,21,900.HMSI is offering a 10-year package (three years standard + seven years optional extended warranty) on the new Honda SP160.
