Robert De Niro has a leg injury and has to abandon the set of Killers Of The Flower Moon.

While filming his upcoming film Killers of the Flower Moon in Oklahoma, actor Robert De Niro sustained a leg injury. According to Variety, the 77-year-old actor has returned to his home in New York after filming in Oklahoma for the film directed by his frequent collaborator Martin Scorcese.

The actor’s injury is unknown at this time, but he was not on the set of the film when it occurred. The film is based on David Grann’s 2017 best-seller and is set in 1920s Oklahoma. It tells the story of the Osage Nation murders, in which members of the Native American tribe were murdered one by one after they became wealthy from oil discovered underneath their property.

As the death toll climbed, the newly formed FBI stepped in to investigate, uncovering a chilling plot and one of the most heinous crimes in US history. In addition to Jesse Plemons, Tantoo Cardinal, Pat Healy, and Lily Gladstone, the Apple Original film will star Jesse Plemons, Tantoo Cardinal, Pat Healy, and Lily Gladstone in crucial roles.
