Congress Releases 4th List of Candidates for Rajasthan Election

Rajasthan gears up for an exciting election as the Congress party’s fourth list of 56 candidates creates a buzz among the electorate.

With the polls scheduled for November 25, the Congress is determined to challenge the prevailing trend of incumbent governments being voted out. The party aims to turn the tide and secure victory in the desert state.

The Congress, led by Mallikarjun Kharge and former party chief Sonia Gandhi, recently released its fourth list of candidates for the Rajasthan assembly elections.

This list includes prominent leaders such as national spokesperson Gourav Vallabh from Udaipur and Manvendra Singh, the son of the late BJP stalwart Jaswant Singh, from Siwana.

The Congress Takes Strategic Measures

With the release of this fourth list, the Congress has now announced a total of 151 candidates for the upcoming elections.

The party’s Central Election Committee held a meeting to discuss probable candidates for the Rajasthan assembly.

In attendance were key figures such as Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, All India Congress Committee (AICC) in-charge of the state Sukhjinder Randhawa, and the party’s state unit chief Govind Dotasra.

The Congress aims to challenge the prevailing political landscape in Rajasthan. By strategically selecting candidates and bringing together experienced leaders, they hope to secure victory in the upcoming elections.

The party is determined to bring about positive change and address the concerns of the people.

A Look at the Numbers

The Congress had previously released two lists of candidates, with the first list consisting of 43 candidates and the second list including 33.

Now, with the addition of the fourth list, the total number of candidates stands at 151. The party is leaving no stone unturned in its pursuit of victory.

The 200-member Rajasthan Assembly is set to hold elections on November 25, and the counting of votes will take place on December 3.

The release of the fourth list of candidates has generated excitement among the electorate, as the Congress presents a formidable challenge to the incumbent government.

As the Congress releases its fourth list of candidates, the stage is set for an exhilarating and closely contested election in Rajasthan.
