Tahir Raj Bhasin, a Bollywood actor, is overjoyed to have resumed work in Mumbai, which was forced to close due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the increase in cases, the projects for which Tahir was filming had all relocated their shoots outside of Mumbai. He has returned to the city after a three-month absence and has begun dubbing for his upcoming film, ‘Looop Lapeta’.
Tahir stated, when asked about resuming work in the city of dreams, “It’s wonderful to be back in Mumbai and to resume work following the country’s devastation by the second wave. Mumbai has a unique energy, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of my time here. It is a city that has given me the wings to aspire and soar creatively, and I will be eternally grateful to it for assisting me in pursuing my dreams.”
He continued, “I’ve begun subtitling for Looop Lapeta. As soon as I finish this, I’ll begin working on a new project that I’m ecstatic about. I’ve also been completing brand commitments here before diving into film commitments. I’d left town to shoot in various parts of the country as the number of cases increased. Thus, it is heartening to see Mumbai reverting to normalcy and the industry resuming operations.”

Tahir stated that he felt disoriented when the filming was halted in Mumbai, the capital of the Hindi film industry. As he stated, “This is a city of dreams, and it is always on. That is part of Mumbai’s allure. As a result, it’s disorienting to have witnessed it close, the industry paralysed, and people without work.”
Tahir will next be seen in ‘Looop Lapeta’ opposite Taapsee Pannu in a romantic lead role. He will also appear in ‘Bulbul Tarang’ alongside Sonakshi Sinha and in ‘Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein’ alongside Sweta Tripathi. Additionally, the actor will appear in Kabir Khan’s Ranveer Singh-starrer ’83’. Tahir is poised to dazzle audiences with his acting abilities after completing four successful projects.
